Nobody has ever looked elegant walking a dog with a knotted plastic bag swinging from one finger. It is the least glamorous part of an otherwise lovely half hour, and it is entirely fixable.
A poo bag holder clips to the lead, holds a full roll, and dispenses one bag at a time with the hand that is not already holding a dog. That is the whole job. Ours simply do it while looking like something you chose on purpose.
The range runs from Branni's handmade Italian leather holder, cut from the same buttery cowhide as their collars and quietly smart enough for a Sunday pub garden, through to patterned zip purses with a pocket for keys and change, so you can leave the house with nothing but a lead. There are felt and fabric options too, in prints that are a good deal more cheerful than the task at hand.
All of them attach to any standard lead or harness ring, all of them take a standard roll, and all of them mean one less thing to carry. Pair one with a handmade leather collar and lead and the whole walk starts looking rather considered.
