Hand wash only. The embroidery is stitched rather than printed, so it will not lift, but it should not go in the machine.

Yes, it is made as a comfort toy to be held and slept with. It is not a dog toy and should not be given to a dog to chew.

Can I have it personalised with our dog's name?
Not this one. The embroidered message is fixed. If you would like something with a name on it, our personalised range is the place to look.

Is it a good gift to send someone who has just lost their dog?
