No, and we would rather say so plainly. The hooks and the puff heart charms are silver plated, so no part of these earrings is solid silver. You will see very similar earrings sold as sterling silver plated, which is a contradiction in terms: something is either sterling silver or it is silver plated. These are plated.

Are they suitable for sensitive ears?
