This is now my third Italian leather collar from this brand and they just keep getting better. The Heart design is my favourite yet — understated elegance with just enough personality. My golden retriever turns heads everywhere we go. The longevity is superb, my first collar is still going strong after well over a year.

I have had more compliments about this collar than any other item my cockapoo owns. The leather is stunning, the heart detail is subtle and elegant, and the craftsmanship is obvious. It elevates her whole look. Absolutely worth the investment.

This collar is genuinely lovely — the leather quality is exceptional and it looks very elegant. Four stars only because the sizing ran slightly small for us. I'd recommend measuring your dog carefully and potentially sizing up. Lovely product though.

Fast fashion in dog accessories drives me mad. I wanted a collar that would last and this is exactly that. Handmade, Italian leather, proper metal hardware. It's an investment piece and it looks absolutely beautiful on our whippet.

I've been looking for a quality leather collar for my dachshund for ages and this is exactly what I was looking for. The Italian leather is incredibly soft yet clearly durable, the heart detail is gorgeous, and the hardware is solid. My little girl looks absolutely stunning in it.

The craftsmanship is clearly excellent and the leather is lovely, but I'd suggest sizing up if your dog is between measurements. I ordered M for my border collie based on the guide and it was just barely too snug. Exchanging was easy enough but worth bearing in mind. Once I got the right size though — gorgeous.

Six months in and this collar has not aged at all. Real Italian leather makes such a difference — there's none of that plasticky smell or cracking you get from cheaper collars. The blue is a gorgeous deep navy. My labrador pulls quite hard and the stitching and hardware have held up brilliantly.

Got the XS in green for my Yorkshire terrier and it fits perfectly. I was worried it might be too chunky for such a small dog but it's beautifully proportioned. The ID tag ring is a thoughtful touch. Honestly one of the nicest things I've ever bought for my dog.

The collar is truly beautiful — my cocker spaniel looks like she belongs on a fashion runway. The build quality is excellent and the hardware is solid gold-tone. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that delivery took slightly longer than expected. No complaints at all about the product itself though, and Duke & Milo's customer service responded quickly when I enquired.

For an XS Collar , far too wide for a dog of that size. However it is beautifully made so a bigger dog size would be good.

Bought the brown one as a Christmas present for my sister's spaniel. The presentation was lovely and the collar itself is far nicer in person than in the photos. The leather feels like proper quality Italian craftsmanship — supple and rich. Sizing was spot on using the guide. Will definitely be returning for more products.

I bought the red Heart collar for my miniature dachshund and the quality is just breathtaking. The leather is incredibly soft yet sturdy, and the gold heart studs catch the light beautifully. Every single person we pass on our morning walk comments on it. My girl has been wearing it daily for three months and it still looks brand new. Worth every penny.
