Does exactly what it says — gentle, natural and leaves the coat looking great. Bought this for our Westie after his regular groomer recommended a sulphate-free shampoo. Works a treat. Nothing flashy, just solid quality.

I've used expensive salon shampoos for our bichon frise but honestly this beats most of them. The skin-soothing properties are real — she had a small flare-up recently and the gentle formula calmed things down beautifully. Eco-friendly packaging is a big bonus for us too.

The ingredients are brilliant and I understand why natural shampoos don't foam the same way as conventional ones, but it did take me a bit of getting used to. My dachshund's skin has improved noticeably though, so I'll stick with it. Just need more product than I expected per wash.
